We currently use the POS, eCommerce, Accounting & Analytics functions and have integrated Quickbooks and Shipstation to directly communicate with Lightspeed. The data we are able to capture allows us to effectively plan and budget and the growing number of vendors who are integrating their inventory with Lightspeed means we are able to pull pricing and SKU data right from the system instead of manually entering it. There's constant development going on and the open API means we can create custom programs if we wish. The Customer service has always been helpful and is available 24/7 which is incredibly convenient for large off-hours projects.
